Naruto!

Well, uh...Who watches the anime, Naruto? And if so, do you watch the Japanese version, or English sub? I personally think that the English version is horrendous, with everything from the words changed, to the voices speaking...(especially Gaara...he sounds incredibly demented...HE'S TWELVE! NOT THIRTY! Gah...)

I love the show. 'Tis my second favorite anime. My favorite characters are Neji, Shikamaru, Sasuke, Lee, Kiba and Hinata. I really dislike Sakura, Ino, and Kabuto. They just...annoy me. Especially Sakura, who for the first twenty or so episodes just stood there doing absolutely nothing while her buddies got torn to shreds. Great going Sakura. Sure to get Sasuke in your condition. And then also, after the Chuunin Exam realization, she still cries in practically every episode. Sheesh.

Well anyways, opinions on the show?

i can't stand english naruto each time i hear 'believe it' i want to crindge and punch my tv i just don't know why

Seriously! I mean, in the Japanese version, he doesn't even say 'Believe it!' once! Also, his famous 'I'm a ninja, ninja, ninja!' line is only spoken in the third episode or so. Once.

Though, in the Japanese version, Naruto says 'Dattebayo!' every few sentences. It has no real meaning, and the meaning of it seems to change in every sentence. XD

Naruto sounds like a DUCK in the english version.

Hahahah! Yesterday, when I went to get icecream with my family, there was a kid chewing on Naruto's head! The arm had already been completely bitten off too! <falls on the floor laughing hysterically> And my brother went up to him and said, "Hey. Naruto's not for eating."
And then the kid just stared at him blankly and said, "So? He tastes good."

Well, anyways, in the japanese version, Naruto blurts every few sentences "Dattebayo!" Which doesn't mean anything. The meaning is changed in practically every sentence.

That's actually great!
So basically he says "Dattebayo!" in every situation?

"Sasuke you teme! Dattebayo! I'll beat you!"

And the like.



I want a Naruto action figure to chew on! I wonder what he tastes like...(OMG! HIS FREAKING ARM!)

Heh, I want one! I'd also like a Sakura action figure, so that I could weld it, and turn it into some mutated freak...mwahahaha...That would taste GREAT!

[glow=red,2,300]Ekk i can't sit through the Naruto anime... it just seems to drag on and before i know it i am poking myself in the eye But i LOVE the manga ;D Kakashi is definantly my favorite!! Sasuke is totally smexy, but a bit too stupid for me and Sakura just needs to die.... BWAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
