"I don't need any protection" Katana huffed under her breath. She shifted her weight in nervousness and was thanking Saro silently for delaying her to see her parents again.

"I think we had better stay here, I wouldn't want to make mister 'goth' any angrier than he seems" .....looking over at the newcomer...

A man dressed up in Robin's suit including the orange boots looks over at Saro. "Hey, we are here to help, if we can."
Starfire, Raven and Garfield walk in wearing their uniforms. "Where do we go?" they ask.

"Hold it. Robin? What happened to the Ni- never mind. That doesn't matter now. Hang on. I'll get the others." Saro phased through the floor and appeared moments later, each of the others having a hand on him. "So, where do we start?", asked the vampire grimly.

Robin looks at Saro with a confused look and says, "You are the leader now it appears. We are waiting on YOUR orders."
Starfire wanders off into her daughter's old room as Raven and Changeling just stand their wating on orders.

"Me?!? Uh, all right... Well, first things first..." Saro lowered his voice so Starfire wouldn't hear him. "I took Richard to the city PD. Hopefully Slade won't break him out, but in the event, he's useless until I lift my spell. Personally, I think we should start by pairing up and heading out into the city to hunt for Slade. Stay in contact, keep together, and report anything you find. Oh, and on a lighter note, Gar, Rae? We found Shadow." Saro gestured for Katana to step forward.

Raven walks up to Saro, "You found one of my daughters, where?"
Changeling walks over to Katana and looks at her. "You seem familiar." he says and he pokes her cheek.

"Gar, don't do that. You're liable to lose a finger." Without responding anymore, the vampire thumbed open a pouch on his belt and removed the emerald chakra. "Here. I'm not familiar with the incantation, but I thought maybe you could...?"

Katana step forward, she couldn't quite look at them in the eye. Then she spoke.
"Richard had this on his forehead. He used this to use your daughter's powers. Somehow shes in there. I had intercepted a transmission to your other daughter. Luna I remember her name to be. Slade said he couldn't find her and had Shadow-San crystallized and was using her powers." She finished and step back behind Saro.

Raven takes the gem from Katana and looks at it. "This could be a problem." Raven pockets the gem and looks around. "Only the person who made this can undo it."
Starfire comes back out of the room, walks up to Saro and slaps him across the face. "We trusted you."
She then runs off outside on her own.

Saro looked down. He waved off any comments from the others. "No, no. She's right. And she was right to trust me. I just wasn't strong enough. I let my personal problems get in my way, and she's lost a child thanks to me. I need to sit down..." With that, the vampire floated over to the kitchen, threw the tea kettle on the stove, and returned to have a seat on the couch. He looked up. "Where's Vic?"
