One of the most overlooked and hated of the Teen Titans.

A very egotistical girl, she never really did seem to understand just what being a Titan really meant until it was too late for her.

The show was originally going to be 26 episodes long and not the typical 13. So the first two seasons are one arc. She is the true opposite of Robin. Not in control, weak willed etc etc.

She KILLS Slade while Robin always allows Slade to escape.

Robin had to be saved by the Team from Slade and in a sense Slade is still in control through Robin's obsession.

Terra saved herself.

The team still considers her a friend and a Titan. There would be no bad blood if she ever returned because of this.

Though personally I'd rather she went to Titan's East as they need a 5th member.

You bring up very good points. People either hate her or like her. She is a character with alot of depth. She is really not a bad person just misunderstood.

I to would like for her to be in Titans East. BB doesn't seem to have gotten over her yet. He needs a little more time.

i dont hate terra. but i dont think she is someone who could be trusted. not only did she turn on the titans, but slade as well.

i still cant figure out why people hate her for being blond. Sure a high majority of blonds are... well from what i have experienced, are a little high on themselves. but there is no reson to judge the whole on a select few.

i do sorta dislike her for hurting BB. but then agin i think it brought him and raven closer

My opinion on Terra kind of depends on which episode I'm watching...

Terra: Sympathy
Titan Rising: Kind of makes me sigh, mostly because I know what's coming.
Betrayal: This makes me hate her. The shot of BB at the end never ceases to make me tear up.
Aftershock (1): Still hate her. Fight scene with Raven makes me want to throw something.
Aftershock (2): Forgive her a little bit. Not completely, due to afore-mentioned fight scene, plus Beast Boy's broken heart.

It's true, people either love Terra or hate her, there's not much in-between stuff except for the people that would just rather not get sucked into debates.
I agree completely with dragoonbane, there is no reason to hate Terra for being blonde. My best friend is blonde, I'm technically blonde, so it's kind of stupid and it ticks me off when people are like that, hating Terra for her hair color.

I'm a big Terra fan actually, but there are things I hate about her. She's one of those people who let themselves get talked into doing things they'll regret and then searches for sympathy. But I love Terra because, though she is dishonest, she is real. Every person gets pulled into temptation the way she was with Slade at one point in their lives. It shows how completely and utterly human she is, and the fact that she is so flawed makes her multi-dimensional because of that element of 'real' it gives her. And in the end, she turned out alright, even if it took a while for her to come around. And again I'll agree with dragoonbane with the fact that she brought BB and Rae closer.

I hope she joins the Titans East, too. Either that, or I hope she doesn't come back. I love Terra, but BB isn't ready to handle seeing her again and to be honest I really don't want to see her "Terra-ing" him into forgiving her way more quickly than he's ready to.

Yes! She should come back and go to Titans East! I've read multiple fanfictions in which she ends up with Speedy... hey, it could work! (lol)

I actually like Terra. Contraversy is always nice in a show. C'mon, admit it. It wouldn't be as fun if Terra had not been there.

Well, even if she did come back, it would probably be like the comics. He would refuse to be on the same team with her. That was how it happened in the comics.

See, in the future, there was a girl who looked remarkably like Tara Markov, and there was a tyrannical ruler who wanted to thwart everyone. So he dug up Terra's bones, and fused them with this girl. He then replaced her memories, and then she and some others went to the past. They became part of Speedy's group, the Team Titans.

I really don't know how people come up with a Terra/Speedy pairing.

I like Terra. In 'Aftershock' I felt so bad. And reminder that Slade did kinda brainwash her. In the end I cryed my eyes out. My Mummy had no clue what was going on cause she doesn't speak english. My pen pal is SO nice to send me these tapes. She records them for me. We've been pen pals for like.... 2 years.

People tend to confuse the comic Terra that was a complete jerk and betrayed everyone and the cartoon Terra whom redeemed herself and would be welcomed back with open arms.
