Okay, so what did you all think? I thought it was an alright episode. I think it was the first one ever when any of the original titans didn't say a single word. They wouldn't have appeared either if it hadn't been for that communicator shot near the end. And how about that cliffhanger? I used some colorful language there...
So, thoughts, criticism, whatever?

Beginning of the episode: Madame Rouge is chasing Wildebeest, so he takes out his communicator and tries to call Robin. Something happens, and his communicator falls off the cliff he was standing on and shatters. We're not really sure exactly what happened to Wildebeest. Then, we see The Brain and Msr. Mallah playing chess, they kinda talk about something random (sorry for the lack of details). Then, the scene changes to the town (I believe in Morcco) where Hot Spot apparently lives. He stops a thief from stealing a piece of pottery, then Rouge comes out, they exchange some words, and she starts chasing him.

I thought "Trust" was really good. I liked how Madame Rouge was trying to trick hotspot in thinking that she was Robin. I thought it was real good. Even though, it didn't show much of the Teen Titans only Robin.

I really loved the episode...let us get to know Hotspot and Madame Rouge better, and it just generally kicked butt. I don't know...some people would argue that they could have fit the whole plot into ten minutes, which they probably could have, but then we would lose the awesome lengthy fighting scenes and the hints leading up to the fact that Madame Rouge was really both characters at some point. I loved the cliffhanger of an ending, it really got me shocked there for a moment.
This is one of those turning point episodes, it felt like. Felt like it was gradually building to give you an idea that the Brotherhood is planning something wickedly serious. I can't wait to find out exactly what that is. I also liked the fact that the creators had enough guts to cut out the original Titans for the entire episode, trusting so much in their ability to create a mesmerising enough plot that they didn't need to rely on the lighthearted antics of everyone's favorite 5 Titans to move the episode along.
It was one of those episodes that really showed how take-charge and kick-butt Robin is, he takes the initiative to just head out there on his own and hunt for a missing honorary Titan no matter what the risk.
