ok I don't know how to do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups well half and half meaing I only know how to do them half way. I need help in those things does anyboyd know how to do those things?

Erm,
Just, like, try working out? To do pull-ups you need alot of upper body strength. Same with push ups. Sit ups..well, just get somebody to hold your feet down and sit up and lay back down...and keep doing that.
Ha, my explanations aren't very good.
The only advice I can give you is to just practice. Try doing those things at home (well, what you CAN do at home, pull-ups might be difficult) and you'll get better.

meh... PE is overrated. actually i liked my school's PE grading.. all you had to do was 'dress out' (wear the gym uniform) and make an effort and you got an A. PS. i can do sit-ups and push-ups but not pull ups....

I didn't wear gym clothes at all last year. Jeans for me!
Anyway, I got an 89. How cool is that?
Personally, though, I cannot stand p.e.

What are pull ups? I seriously don't know.
I'm good at sit ups. I can do 60 no problem. After that I get bored and stop.
I can't do even one push up. My arms aren't shaped correctly. I have to do them with my arms facing a weird direction, and it hurts too much to do it. So I'm hopless. <tear tear...j/k>

*flexes his uberness* lets see....I can do 30 chin ups in a row 100 push ups with a 30 pound back pack on in a row and like....I never max out with sit ups IM SO FIT

I used to be able to do all those things until I stopped having PE... now I just suck! I'm sure you'll get better with practice!
