well, anybody else like it? personally, i prefer the japanese with english subs. the japanese voice actors are better than the english ones.

It's okay. It gets much better later on in the series  The fighting is also really slow for some reason. I am used to really fast fighting sequences |

this is just a theory, but i think it's slower because instead of some animes, where it's just 'fight, fight, fight!', this is NINJA fighting. they're sitting there basically playing a mental chess match of sorts. again, just a theory.

It's not a big complaint. I am just used to fights in anime that are over within seconds ala Neon Genesis Evangelion

I remember one fight in particular was the Zabuza one that took like 5 episodes to finish.
