As a Teen Titans obsessor, I have considered Rob/Rae. However, I just.... can't feel it in their actions. Raven has never shown any romantic feelings for Robin, and vice versa. Sure, they depend on each other, but I see it more as brother-and-sister love. They both seem so alike, too, that I think it would be a boring couple to watch.
BB/Rae, however may not show many romantic moments, show enough for us to make this site!  And we all know that if Beast Boy and Raven hooked up, it would be an interesting relationship.
Raven needs someone to lighten up her life. I think Beast Boy does to Raven as Starfire does to Robin; they allow the other to smile once in a while.
